Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply for all orders placed through www.racket-outlet.co.uk.
2. Contract Partners and Contract Formation.
Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with Racket Company oHG.
No contract for the sale of any item will subsist between you and Racket Company oHG unless Racket Company oHG accepts your order by way of an email confirming that it has received payment in full for all the items you have ordered, and that the items have been shipped to the specified address.
The confirmation email will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract. The confirmation email will also contain a link to these terms and conditions which may be amended occasionally. You must check that the details on this confirmation email are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Items will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the email confirming your order.
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Prices are shown in UK £ sterling and include VAT at 20% where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Methods of Payment
- Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard and American Express
You will become the owner of the items you have ordered when full payment has been received.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any items that are received damaged or incorrect will be considered for repair, replacement, part-replacement or refund if reported to Racket Company oHG within thirty days of receipt. In such case, email email@example.com and detail the damaged or incorrect items received.
Where items have clearly been damaged in transit, we request that a complaint is immediately raised with the delivery service responsible. This will assist Racket Company oHG in making a claim with the delivery service responsible. Failure to raise a complaint does not affect your legal rights nor your warranty rights.
You have the right to cancel your contract, without any reasoning, within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days starting the day you or a third party, excluding delivery service, accepts the item.
To exercise your cancellation right, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within the cancellation period and clearly state your decision to cancel the contract.
Consequences of Cancellation
Once we receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to Racket Company oHG from your credit card or PayPal account in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card or PayPal account as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days of receipt of your returned order provided that the items you wish to return are received by Racket Company oHG in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the items to Racket Company oHG.
The cancellation right does not apply to the following contracts:
- Bespoke orders
Your personal details are securely retained and used only for the purposes of processing orders, and where specific permission has been obtained, the sending of marketing emails. Your personal details are not shared with any third parties.
